Wristbands will be available to purchase to ride carnival rides at the following times each day. All other times, tickets can be purchased at the carnival grounds.

What better way to celebrate Ankeny, than with a Kiddie Parade in the iconic Uptown Ankeny area. Registration begins at 5:30pm with the parade to start at 6:30pm. The route will start at SW 3rd Street and SW School Street and make a loop through Uptown and end in the same spot. The theme this year is “Making A Splash!”

Friday Night is Family Fun Night for Ankeny Chamber SummerFest and we want to make sure that we accomplish this. Enjoy fun family games, superheroes, water games and so much more! New location in the iconic Uptown Ankeny area!

Kids! It’s all fun and GAMES with the annual Ankeny Chamber SummerFest Coloring Contest! Make the judges applaud and cheer at your creative coloring skills on the READY. SET. PLAY. coloring sheet, thanks to our friends at St. Luke Evangelist Catholic Church.

On Sunday night we will cap off Ankeny Chamber SummerFest 2024 with an amazing firework show brought to us by our long time partner and sponsor Karl Chevrolet. This show is sure to bring the BOOM and be located by Promenade Park (behind Jethro’s and District 36). Best place to watch the Fireworks is right in the District!
